Major Depressive Disorder
The primary FDA-cleared indication for TMS. Major Depressive Disorder is characterized by persistent low mood, loss of interest and impaired daily functioning. TMS stimulates the neural pathways that depression suppresses, offering relief that medication alone has not provided.
Treatment-Resistant Depression

Conditions
Am I a Good Candidate for TMS?
TMS may be right for you if:
You have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder or depression with anxious features
You have tried at least one antidepressant without adequate results
You do not have metal implants in or near your head
You are seeking a non-pharmacologic treatment option or want to enhance your current medication
You are 15 years of age or older
Active duty TRICARE members typically need documentation of at least two failed antidepressant trials. Our team will guide you through the prior authorization requirements specific to your plan.
